Yoga practices provide a wide range of health and wellness services. Ranging from movement of the body, breathing techniues, balancing energies in the nervous system, meditation, relaxation/yoga nidra, eating correctly, working alongside the principles of Ayurveda (an ancient successful health system), mindful approaches to both ourselves and towards others, as well as outside circumstances....to name a few!
