This style of practice is based on a sequence of movements.

The 'method' of practice is working mindfully on physical health & the mind through a regular practice guided by the breath.

Suitable for Beginners:

  • who have practiced other styles of physical yoga
  • who do other forms of sport/martial arts/recreational activites e.g. walking/swimming

Not suitable during pregnancy...

MEDITATION & STRESS MANAGEMENT

FRIDAY EARLY AFTERNOON  2 - 3pm

Meditation is a process to bring about mental rest  and maintain mental health.

Learn the use of 'breathing techniques' and the Art of 'letting go'....

Anxiety, fears and stressful workloads can then be managed more effectively.

These skills can become life-long tools to use!

Beginners welcome...  suitable during pregnancy...
