These Retreats are scheduled to run each year, using a different prospective of nature to help with captivating the minds thoughts.By helping thoughts to focus and CONNECT on both natural sounds in natural surroudings and the spectacular views that raw nature offers us, we restore!  The Retreats also work closely on specific practices, including what you eat, how to get a better nights sleep, how to take time out, and, techniques that may help deal with daily stressful situations. We all suffer from various types of trauma in life and the Retreats are geared to support anyone on a journey, been on a journey or aniticipating a journey of difficulty....    


The 'Faculty' on these Retreats are experienced, appropriately qualified and insured. They have links with GPs, Counsellors, Physiotherapists and NHS


The groups are kept small.  Between 8 - 12 persons

Woodland Retreat 

Thursday7 May - Monday 11 May 2020

Set in a calm area of Cornwall only 20 minutes walk from the sea.  The House is set in 7 acres of natural woodland to stroll around in amongst bluebells and a small running stream. The peaceful surroundings are relaxing and both gardens and woodland help us all to be reminded how therapeutic nature can be if we allow TIME to appreciate what it has to offer... 

We have our own Chef & Therapist.

The long weekend cost is £450 for 4 nights 

What is Included: one massage treatment, all meals, accommodation, relaxing yoga practice, meditation, yoga nidra relaxation. There is time to sleep in, read books, walk to Lamorna Cove. Penzance 4 miles & Lands End 7 miles with bus connections from Rosemerryn to get to either!  Some amazing coastal walks if you fancy them...
